A full comprehensive terms and conditions will be sent to you via email prior to delivery for you to sign and return to us before your hire period begins.
The deposit for our Hot Tubs is £20 in the majority of cases (£50 during xmas & new year). This is a non-refundable deposit but secures your booking. The total rental amount for the Hot Tub will take into account your deposit, i.e. we will deduct this amount from the total owed when delivering the hot tub. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation, and you are able to re-book your hire period without losing your deposit if you do this. If you cancel after this, your deposit will not be refunded and if you wish to re-book you must pay a further deposit. If we turn up to deliver, and you don’t have the required access, you will lose your deposit but there will be no further charges.
If you have rented a gazebo or parasol as part of your package, please do not use this in high winds as this will damage the gazebo or parasol and you will be liable for the damages and charged for any loss or damages.
If you have rented a Pizza Oven as part of your package, you, the hirer, are responsible for this and it must be looked after as per the instructions given to you on the hire agreement and in person. The Pizza Oven must be kept inside overnight so you must allow it to cool down completely after use as it gets very hot!
If you have rented the cinema experiences as part of your package, you, the hirer, are responsible for this and it must be looked after as per the instructions given to you on the hire agreement and in person. Any electric items must be kept indoors when not in use or when the weather means the equipment may become damaged if it is left outside, and to protect any items from theft.
